Lightning Roller Coaster Train & Track Laser cut & engraved Hand Painted

  
Highly detailed model of a famous roller coaster. Hand painted flames and details. Lap bars can be moved up and down. Wheels free spinning, will roll on the track. All parts were engraved and cut with a Boss 65W laser engraver. The train is made from over 300 pieces of finished 1/8 (2.84mm).

Birch plywood in several different colors. End stops made from 17 pieces. The track is made from 21 pieces of wood plus 36 stainless steel truss head screws. Wheels, track ties a nd stop are 3/16 (4.62mm) Maple veneered MDF. Felt strips on bottom of track.

This is a unique item crafted with pride. The detail and degree of difficulty of this model is apparent. Every piece wiped down with alcohol to remove laser residue. Then assembled with Titebond III exterior grade wood glue. After assembly, it was handed over to an associate of mine to hand paint all of the flames and dozens of small details.

Bolt heads, tail lights, rear graphic. All pictures are of the actual prototype that was delivered to a client. Measurements are shown in the last photo. See my other listings for other versions!
